Last Day of School

The countdown to the last day of school has begun! On a personal note, my sons are changing schools so it’s an exciting time with a lot of emotions…and a bit of overwhelm.  That said, I realize that it’s time to talk about these transitions and prime my kids for the feelings they might be going through.  What better way to start the conversation than to read a book!  Here are several that might help:
